Chauffeur App Privacy Policy

The STG Limos Chauffeur app is provided to drivers who work with STG Limos. Accounts are created and managed by STG Limos dispatch — the app does not offer public sign-up. If you are a customer looking for our booking service, see stglimos.com.

Account information: your name, phone number, email address, and driver access credentials, provided when STG Limos creates your driver account. Location: while you are signed in and set yourself Available, the app reports your device location to our dispatch system so we can offer you nearby trip requests and estimate arrival times. Location is collected while the app is in use. Trip activity: trips offered to you, accepted, and completed, including pickup/dropoff addresses and timestamps. Earnings: per-trip pay and payout records tied to your driver account. Compliance documents: licenses, insurance, or registration documents uploaded by you or dispatch are stored securely for regulatory compliance. Device data: a push-notification token so dispatch can send you trip offers and broadcast messages.

We use this information to dispatch trips to nearby available drivers, share your estimated arrival with the customer who booked the trip, calculate and pay your earnings, maintain required commercial-transportation compliance records, and send you operational notifications (trip offers, dispatch messages). We do not use driver data for advertising and we do not sell driver data to third parties.

Trip-related details (your first name, vehicle, and live ETA) are shared with the customer whose trip you accepted. Data is processed by our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, and push-notification delivery) solely to operate the service. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, insurance claim, or airport authority audit.

Trip, earnings, and compliance records are retained while you drive with STG Limos and afterward as required for tax, insurance, and regulatory purposes. Live location is used for dispatch operations and is not retained as a continuous location history.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. Sign-in credentials are stored on your device in the operating system's secure storage.

You can stop location reporting at any time by going Off Duty or signing out, and you can revoke location or notification permissions in your device settings (this will prevent receiving trip offers). To access, correct, or delete your account information, contact dispatch at (678) 389-4981 or reservations@stglimos.com — account deletion requests are honored subject to records we must keep by law.
